What You’ll Be Doing

As a Quality Control and Process Chemist, you will play a key role in strengthening product quality, process consistency and customer satisfaction across the Dulux Acratex Beverley site. You will contribute to daily QC testing, provide hands‑on technical support to production teams and help resolve manufacturing challenges that impact product performance.

With a growth mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will empower others by sharing technical expertise, supporting accreditation standards and driving Right First Time outcomes. Your work will help optimise processes, uplift capability and support a business that encourages its people to take ownership and make an impact.

What We’re Looking For

Degree qualified in Chemistry or Science with a strong interest in paint chemistry and manufacturing environments. Naturally curious, analytical and comfortable solving complex technical problems across QC and production. Confident communicator who collaborates well with operators, R&D and cross‑functional teams. Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and manage laboratory and document control processes. Driven to improve quality, efficiency and consistency, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and standards compliance.
