Quality Control Officer (JB5887) Location: Leandra, Mpumalanga Salary : Market-Related Employment Type : Permanent An established food manufacturing business is seeking a Quality Control Officer to support and strengthen its quality and food safety systems at its Mpumalanga site . This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in food safety and quality management systems, ideally within dairy or a related food production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying and addressing any non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate records of all activities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000, and be able to demonstrate their knowledge through practical experience. You will also be expected to work closely with other departments, such as production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that quality and food safety requirements are met throughout the entire supply chain.
