Founded in 1980, the company operates a modern 70,000 sq. ft. fully integrated facility equipped with advanced testing equipment, specialized manufacturing capabilities, an experienced engineering team, and a certified ISO9001 / AS9100 quality system. Job Summary The Quality Control Inspector ensures compliance with established procedures and standards for production processes, materials, and finished products. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct visual inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and standards. • Perform testing and measurement activities using specialized equipment and tools to verify product quality. • Identify and document non-conformities or defects, and implement corrective actions as necessary. • Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and measurements. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality system. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of quality principles, procedures, and standards (e.g., ISO9001 / AS9100). • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and instructions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
