Your Position

• You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling quality KPIs around our heat pump installations and evaluate the results systematically.
• You will derive targeted measures from the key figures to secure and continuously improve installation quality in the long term.
• You will work closely with internal and external partners across the entire value chain – from supply chain to on-site assembly to service.
• You will plan and accompany regular quality and compliance checks to ensure that all standards are met.
• As a proactive interface, you will bring together the expectations and interests of various stakeholders and ensure that quality-relevant decisions are consistently implemented.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a technical or natural sciences degree – e.g., in building and energy technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics, supply engineering, TGA – or a completed training in the field of Sanitär, Heizung, Klima (SHK) - ideally, you have already completed your master's training.
• You bring practical work experience or fundamental knowledge with direct relevance to heat pump technology.
• You possess a good understanding of modern heating and energy systems as well as the interfaces of building technology.
