Quality Control Engineer

The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of renewable energy, EPC, and industrial projects by implementing robust quality management systems, overseeing site operations, and supporting all phases of the project lifecycle. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements and industry standards. Job Description Lead the design, planning, and cost estimation for projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, milestones, and issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in quality control, construction management, or a related field. Strong technical expertise in areas such as project management, quality control, and construction methods is required. Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams, are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello, is a plus.
