Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to consolidate our team.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Higher technical studies with a bachelor's degree;
• Experience in the quality field in a production environment;
• Knowledge of industrial quality standards and control and analysis methods;
• Good planning, coordination, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation.

The main responsibilities will be:

• To plan and supervise the quality control process at all key points: receipt of raw materials, production flow, packaging, labeling, storage, preparation for delivery;
• To develop and implement preventive/corrective actions;
• To ensure training of production and logistics personnel on respecting quality standards and procedures;
• To contribute actively to the implementation and monitoring of the 5S standard in the production area;
• To coordinate the quality control team for achieving performance indicators (KPI).
