Quality Control Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Jalandhar facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all products manufactured by Dhiman Industries. Key Responsibilities: • Conducting regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications. • Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of defects. • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and results. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field. • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
