Quality Control Engineer

Our company is looking for a dedicated and passionate Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality of our products. If you are a meticulous person, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to improving our processes, this role may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with standards EN 1090, EN ISO 3834, and ISO 9001 in the production process.
• Verify and monitor welding documentation: WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
• Perform visual, dimensional, fit-up, and inspection of welds according to technical criteria.
• Coordinate NDT tests and verify received materials.
• Maintain quality documentation: QCP, ITP, MIR reports, material certificates, and inspection sheets.
• Monitor processes such as deburring, welding, processing, and painting.
• Identify non-conformities, prepare NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams, NDT teams, welders, and participate in internal and external audits.

Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, welding, metallurgy, or similar.
• Middle-level English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, document management, technical files.
• 0-5 years of experience in quality control for metal structures.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications: CSWIP, IWI, NDT courses, RTS certificate.
• Knowledge of NDT methods: VT, MT, PT, UT, RT.
• Previous experience in fabricating metal structures.
