Quality & Compliance Specialist

Cisalfa Group, present in Italy and Germany with 7 companies and brands Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel and SportScheck, with over 240 stores and 5,500 employees, is looking for a figure to be inserted as Quality & Compliance Specialist. The resource, within the Legal Department, will manage the ISO certification process, monitor corporate compliance, and coordinate sustainability activities, promoting transparency and integration of best practices within the company. Main responsibilities and activities - Coordinates and keeps updated the certification system according to the ISO standards adopted by the company; - Monitors non-conformities and suggests corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions through internal awareness campaigns and training on ISO systems; - Organizes and supervises internal and external audits, interfacing with certification bodies; - Coordinates the process of obtaining and maintaining various company certifications; - Collaborates with the Design & Development function to define and respect protocols related to digital product passports, ensuring traceability and conformity. Ensures that product and packaging standards are compliant with applicable regulations, interfacing and coordinating with relevant consortia and/or reference entities; - Supports the preparation of sustainability reports according to international standards; - Supports regulatory compliance (e.g. D.lgs. 231/01, L. 262/2005, etc.) by supervising processes to ensure conformity to standards, norms, and laws and implementing company policies; - Supports the definition of KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring, elaborates periodic reports based on which proposes improvement actions. Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields; - At least 4 years of experience in ISO (or at least one of the ISO certifications), quality management, and regulatory compliance; - Knowledge of sustainability and compliance regulations (D.lgs. 231/01, L. 262/2005); - Knowledge of English language; - Completing the profile: project-oriented approach, precision, and attention to detail.
