The role involves checking documentation and carefully reviewing photos to validate complete work. Key Responsibilities: Review property preservation job files for accuracy and completeness Carefully review photos to validate complete work Ensure all necessary documents are in order Verify that all required information is present Validate the quality of work performed by property preservation team members Identify any discrepancies or errors and report them to management Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
