About the role As a Quality Assurance Technologist at KP Snacks Ashby, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our food safe. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. Your work will involve: * Conducting regular audits and inspections of the production process. * Monitoring product quality and identifying any deviations from standards. * Investigating and resolving quality issues. * Working closely with the production team to implement improvements. * Maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities. What you’ll bring to the table * Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the food industry. * A good understanding of food safety principles and regulations. * Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
