Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

For our production site in Fürstenfeldbruck, we are looking for motivated employees to strengthen our team in the area of quality assurance. With your technical understanding, your quality awareness, and your structured way of working, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring and further developing our high quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out incoming goods inspections and creating and optimizing inspection instructions for mechanical components
• Analysis of internal and external complaints, derivation of suitable corrective and improvement measures, and monitoring of their effectiveness
• Further development of existing quality criteria, test and inspection procedures, and support in the release of new production processes
• Application and further development of common quality methods such as FMEA, 8D reports, Ishikawa, and root cause analysis
• Participation in interdisciplinary teams for the continuous improvement of processes and product quality
• Conducting training sessions and providing support for quality-related issues within the organization
• Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial studies or further training as a technician or master craftsman, ideally in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in quality assurance as well as initial knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
• Analytical and quality-oriented thinking as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and a quick grasp of complex technical contexts
• Experience with common quality techniques and methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, or root cause analysis
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Desirable: Experience with JIRA
