Quality Assurance Specialist

For our Plant located in Cisterna di Latina we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The person, inserted within the reference team, will have the task of ensuring product quality, constantly interfacing with production and at the same time also with various company functions. Specifically, the figure will be responsible for the following activities: Analysis and management of process deviations and related corrective actions; Deviations, CAPAs, Change Control and implementation of corrective measures; Verification and validation of processes and procedures; Continuous monitoring and improvement of quality systems; Coordination with production and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards; Identification and reporting of non-conformities and proposed corrective actions; Support to the team in the development and implementation of quality policies and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
