Quality Assurance Specialist Europe / Packaging (m/f/d)

We are a leading manufacturer of exclusive and individual packaging solutions for the branded goods industry in the high-quality consumer and luxury goods sector. For decades, we have been delighting our discerning customers with creativity, sophisticated techniques, and the highest quality. In our own plants, exquisite and innovative packaging in the form of cardboard boxes and carrier bags are developed and produced for our national and international customers. To meet these high demands and our growth objectives, a strong team is needed. We are looking for you full-time or alternatively part-time! Planned place of deployment in a 50/50 model - Bulgaria and Germany.

Tasks

Quality Inspection

• Conduct statistical quality control according to AQL specifications for internally and externally produced goods, raw materials, and semi-finished products
• Conduct process controls according to internal specifications.
• Evaluation, release, and blocking of goods after quality inspection
• Setup and inspection of production samples according to specifications
• Creation, maintenance, and filing of AQL inspection reports
• Maintenance of inspection instructions and checklists

Complaint Management

• Analysis and communication of quality deviations to specialist departments
• Support with root cause analyses
• Involvement in special inspections as well as corrective and preventive actions

International Cooperation

• Conduct and support training on quality requirements, inspection methods, and customer standards
• Contact person for quality-related issues in the international production environment

Qualification

• High school diploma / intermediate school leaving certificate or completed technical/commercial apprenticeship; alternatively, relevant professional experience in quality assurance
• Experience in quality assurance, AQL inspections, and documentation; basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of the paper and packaging industry and their quality requirements is an advantage
• Fluent German; English skills in spoken and written form
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working; quality awareness; communication skills; assertiveness; team spirit
• Willingness to travel of at least 50%
