Quality assurance specialist - Automotive

Novation Tech SPA, innovative and technologically advanced company, specialized in carbon processing for the Automotive, Aerospace, Sportsystem, and Eyewear sectors, is seeking a Quality assurance specialist for the automotive sector at its Montebelluna plant. The figure we are looking for will be inserted within the quality team and will be responsible for the following activities: Support for product and process quality certification; Continuous updating of quality policies and procedures; Verification of compliance with regulatory requirements; Analysis of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions; Participation in internal audits and training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in quality assurance. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is required. The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues is essential.
