At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Develop and maintain information systems (IS) quality control procedures. Define and provide quality plans and service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct IS quality control and performance evaluations. Deliver quality studies, assessments, and related analyses for information systems. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and tools.
