Quality Assurance Professional (m/f/d)*

• Responsible for operational supplier management, i.e., qualification, monitoring, development, and evaluation of suppliers
• Responsible for supplier complaints, leading investigations, and technically reviewing the results
• Managing change notifications from suppliers, i.e., coordinating and, if necessary, implementing the notifications
• Technical review of purchasing specifications
• Interface function, among others, with Global Q and strategic purchasing to help shape cross-plant topics in supplier management
• Initiation and leadership of cross-departmental projects as well as improvement initiatives
• Support with customer audits and internal audits
• Ensuring QM reporting and continuous improvement of the tools
• Participation in investigations and process optimizations

• Completed scientific or technical degree (Bachelor/Master), e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Mechanical Engineering
• Further training in the field of pharmaceutical/medical technology with a focus on quality management
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management in a regulated environment (pharma/medical technology)
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 13485)
• Experience in process optimization, risk analyses (FMEA, Ishikawa), and statistical software
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
