The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and strengthen quality systems across our solar, battery, and electronics operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in electronics and energy storage systems, along with hands-on experience managing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems for solar PV, lithium batteries, inverters, and electronic components
  • Ensure compliance CEC guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee quality control processes for lithium battery systems and associated electronics
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Liaise with engineering, installation, procurement, and operations teams to maintain high quality standards
  • Manage supplier and manufacturer quality, particularly for battery and electronic equipment
  • Prepare quality documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a closely related discipline (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within solar, batteries, electronics, lithium battery systems, or energy storage
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics, lithium-ion batteries, solar PV systems, and inverters
  • Experience working with formal Quality Management Systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
  • Familiarity with electrical and renewable energy standards
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
