Purpose The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all quality-related processes are properly documented, controlled, and audited. This includes developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and standards, as well as conducting internal audits and management reviews. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and providing training and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance, auditing, and risk management, with experience working in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Auditing, Risk Management, or related field. Experience 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or risk management, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of quality principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, EU-GMP). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Certification(s) ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
