Deine Aufgaben

At KoRo, we are revolutionizing the food market. In the warehouse in Alzenau, you will not be alone: together with your colleague from the laboratory department, you form our QS-Duo on site. While your counterpart steers analytics, you are responsible for the physical product, taste, and cause research. We are looking for you as our Quality Investigator & Sensory Specialist, who finds errors before the customer sees them, and knows exactly how a perfect nut should taste.

Deine Mission: Sensorik & "Sherlock Holmes"-Arbeit (Primär)

You are the last instance before the goods go to the customer. Your focus is on the sensory experience and hard evidence at errors.

• Sperrung & Freigabe: You decide on the fate of the goods. Products with non-conformities will be locked, inspected, and only released again after corrective measures have been taken.
• Master of Taste: You conduct professional sensory panels and taste the entire KoRo product range in the warehouse. You have a trained palate and are familiar with tasting standards (e.g., DLG).
• Fehler-Ursachen-Analyse (RCA): When something is not right, you dig deep. You analyze deviations directly at the product, find the root cause, and implement measures.
• Beweissicherung: You document defects with precision, so we can prove them to suppliers. You are the interface that provides the arguments for complaints to procurement.
• Qualitätsverbesserung: You maintain tickets for quality deviations and drive their solution forward. You think: How do we prevent this error from happening again?

Deine Mission: Operatives Lieferanten- & Warenmanagement (Sekundär)

You ensure that the goods flow remains clean and system data match.

• Labor-Support & Analytik: To make our QS-Duo function perfectly, you support the laboratory department as needed. You help with sample dispatch and maintain data to keep the analysis process flowing.
• Lieferanten-Management: You evaluate 4D reports (or 8D) from suppliers and coordinate corrective measures for faulty batches.
• Warenwirtschaft: You support incoming goods control when producers deliver, maintain the inventory system, and coordinate the return sample library.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit (Fachliche Anforderungen)

• Ausbildung: Completed training or degree in the field of food industry, production technology, eco-trophology, or comparable.
• Erfahrung: At least 3 years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally directly in production or warehousing.
• Sensorik-Profi: You have sound knowledge in life science and are familiar with common methods (DLG, triangle testing etc.).
• Produktionswissen: You understand how food is produced and where errors can occur during production.
• Fließendes Deutsch & Englisch in Wort & Schrift

Tech-Stack & Persönlichkeit (Das gewisse Extra)

We are looking for someone who understands quality assurance modern and data-driven.

• Google Sheets Nerd: You love data. Complex formulas and pivot tables are not magic to you, but a tool to evaluate error statistics.
• AI & Innovation: You use tools like Google Gemini, to automatically process large data sets (e.g., from supplier reports), and have fun pushing AI in QS forward.
• Digital Native: You quickly get used to software like Notion.
• Kommunikationsstark: You are a team player who holds the fort in Alzenau, but remains closely connected with the Berlin team.
• Kritischer Blick: We need someone who doesn't just nod along. You bring initiative to streamline processes and make them more agile – away from unnecessary bureaucracy.
