Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality improvements, maintaining product integrity, and meeting customer expectations in the fast-paced packaging sector.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to packaging
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits of packaging processes to identify areas for enhancement
• Analyze quality data and metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Adept at working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
