Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description Job description As QA Test Manager within the UKI Client Delivery organization, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software and Identity & Fraud (ID&F) solutions. Reporting into Director of Testing - UKI, you will lead the testing strategy across a diverse portfolio of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and align with client expectations. We are looking for a quality-first mindset, and 8 years of experience in software testing or related field is required. You should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive testing strategies that deliver high-quality results. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the overall delivery process.
