Quality Assurance Manager

What You'll Be Doing (position summary): The QE Manager is accountable for leading and managing quality engineering and software testing activities across multiple projects, programs, or workstreams. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation scripts, while driving continuous improvement in QA/QE processes and standards. The incumbent plays a key role in technical evaluation, solution design feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs; • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and scripts; • Analyzing and reporting on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement; • Providing technical guidance and training to team members; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality engineering, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies. They should be able to demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: • Test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium); • Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); • Cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure); • Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java); • Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
