Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Hyderabad Domain: Insurance – Commercial & Specialty Lines Platform: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud) Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineering Engineer to execute and enhance QE activities for Salesforce-based insurance applications. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Salesforce testing combined with understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and ability to work collaboratively as part of an agile team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce-based insurance applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium WebDriver or other relevant tools. • Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain knowledge of Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and updates. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality testing. • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects. • Develop and maintain test data and scenarios for Salesforce-based insurance applications. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of testing processes. Requirements: • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field. • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices. • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and collaborative work environments. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver or other relevant tools for automated testing. • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail) is a plus.
