Quality Assurance Inspector (Parts Manufacturing)

To inspect products according to the inspection plan and ensure products meet customer specifications. • Perform CMM inspection of in-house parts (repeat and First Article Inspection (FAI) parts) to ensure compliance with the inspection plan and customer specifications. • Perform CMM Offline Programming to prepare the CMM program for FA inspection and save time. • Update and monitor the Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart to ensure a stable manufacturing process. • Perform in-process and final inspections to verify product quality. • Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. • Document and report inspection results and any non-conformities. • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve any quality issues. • Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize the manufacturing process. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Perform other related duties as required.
