Quality Assurance Executive (Logistics Operations)

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support logistics operations by ensuring process compliance, investigating issues, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse and delivery activities.

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for logistics operations;
  
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal processes and customer standards;
  
• Investigate issues (e.g., damages, delays, mis-shipments) and drive corrective actions;
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement improvements;
  
• Maintain records of audits, incidents, and follow-up actions;
  
• Monitor operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives;
  
• Support training efforts to align teams with QA processes and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field;
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a warehouse environment;
  
• Familiar with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), audits, and root cause analysis techniques;
  
• Knowledge of lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous;
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems;
  
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
