Quality Assurance Engineer - Junior - Remote

Job description

Ideal Candidate

Minimum experience working in QA, software testing, technical support, or content QA;
Experience working in cloud platforms;
Basic knowledge of scripting or command line (bash, SQL);
Experience working in Jira, Git, or similar tools;
Troubleshooting skills in technical/cloud environments;
Advanced knowledge of the English language;
Good communication skills.

Job Description

Collaboration with Product Managers, Content Authors, Developers, and Program Managers to ensure workshop quality;
End-to-end testing of workshops (steps, commands, captures, media, usability);
Providing first-level support for authors and users;
Ensuring compliance with standards;
Reporting clear and reproducible problems and verifying resolutions;
Contributing to process and workflow improvements;
Supporting major launches and events through content validation.
