✨ Your impact as a Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you ensure that our products, processes and procedures seamlessly align with the highest quality and safety requirements. You are the link between different departments, keep a close eye on complaints and improvement projects, and translate ideas into tangible results.

With your eye for detail and fresh perspective:

• Improve and monitor our quality management system (ISO 9001).
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on improvement actions.
• Train and coach your colleagues in quality procedures and 8D tools.
• Ensure clear communication and safeguard new processes in our organization.
• Analyze customer feedback and translate it into concrete improvements.

In short: you are the engine behind continuous improvement and quality awareness within our international team.

Requirements

This is what you bring

• An HBO diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferably 2015), internal audits and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with 8D, 5-Why, CAR, Fishbone and other root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch AND English.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and passion for quality.
• Experience with MS Office and digital tools is a plus.
