QA Manual Tester Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Company: Dept Agency Experience: 0.6 - 4 yrs years The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create and manage all testing processes required for their assigned projects. This role may involve handling multiple projects simultaneously while actively contributing to the improvement of QA best practices within the organization. Responsibilities Design, implement, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on functional requirements and project specifications. Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in testing by following established testing protocols and procedures. Identify and report defects or issues found during testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for assigned projects. Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results. Contribute to the development of QA best practices and processes within the organization. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 0.6 - 4 yrs years of experience in manual testing, preferably with a focus on software applications. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
