Job description
- You ensure that product quality is monitored and maintained throughout the entire process – from incoming goods to outgoing goods.
- You regularly check processes and standards and continuously develop them further.
- You handle complaints carefully and derive sustainable correction and improvement measures from them.
- In the operation, you conduct hygiene controls, including rounds and microbiological tests.
- You actively implement and maintain certified standards such as IFS, AMA or comparable specifications.
- You set food law requirements into practice and ensure compliance with them.
- You control QS documents and contribute to the further development of document management.
- In addition, you organize and conduct training sessions and ensure that the transmitted knowledge is implemented.
- Finally, you prepare internal and external audits in advance and accompany these competently and solution-oriented.
