Job description

You ensure that product quality is monitored and maintained throughout the entire process – from incoming goods to outgoing goods.
You regularly check processes and standards and continuously develop them further.
You handle complaints carefully and derive sustainable correction and improvement measures from them.
In the operation, you conduct hygiene controls, including rounds and microbiological tests.
You actively implement and maintain certified standards such as IFS, AMA or comparable specifications.
You set food law requirements into practice and ensure compliance with them.
You control QS documents and contribute to the further development of document management.
In addition, you organize and conduct training sessions and ensure that the transmitted knowledge is implemented.
Finally, you prepare internal and external audits in advance and accompany these competently and solution-oriented.
