Quality Assurance Clerk (m/w/d)

• You continuously monitor galvanotechnical processes based on technical drawings and measuring instruments, ensuring the compliance of high-quality standards for coating plants.
• You document shift thicknesses, parameters, and test results accurately in the ERP system and ensure a seamless traceability in production.
• You also perform instrument tests and calibrations systematically and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the installed testing instruments.
• You analyze faulty coatings based on circuit diagrams and reports, implement targeted measures, and improve quality actively for duplex and zinc processes.
• You also support the maintenance team in analyzing technical faults at galvanotechnical plants and contribute sustainably to operational stability.

• You have a vocational-technical or commercial education, such as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electronics technician for industrial systems (m/w/d), or a metal technology specialist (m/w/d), successfully completed.
• You work safely with CNC-, SPS-, and ERP-systems and bring fundamental knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, measuring instruments, and the interpretation of technical drawings.
• You also have very good German language skills in writing and speaking; technical English is an advantage but not necessarily required.
• You are characterized by meticulousness, work engagedly and team-oriented, and maintain a clear overview even with high workload.
• You bring initiative and ensure reliable results with your structured approach.
