Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Java Selenium

We are not looking for someone for simple, repetitive clicking. You are joining a team implementing strategic, nationwide IT systems for the public healthcare sector (e-Health). We are looking for independent and technically strong Automation Testers who will enter the DevOps environment, take responsibility for software stability, and help us develop and maintain regression test packages within the Java ecosystem. Your daily workflow & Responsibility: Test Automation Development: Designing, building, and developing advanced automated scenarios and scripts for the User Interface (GUI). API Testing & Automation: Comprehensive automation and validation of API interfaces in REST, XML, SOAP, and JSON formats. DevOps Lifecycle: Active work within the DevOps culture and integration of automated tests with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes. Quality & Lifecycle Management: Creating professional test documentation, managing the test base, detecting, reporting, and precisely tracking the bug lifecycle using JIRA and Xray tools. Data Validation: Independent verification and preparation of test data using direct SQL queries. Our Stack and Your Skills (Evaluation Criteria): Mandatory Requirements (Formal Criteria): Minimum 3 years of documented software testing experience. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or a related tool. Practical knowledge of SQL. Experience working with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray). Experience working with test support tools: SoapUI, Postman. Additional Requirements / Nice to Have (Increase Your Value in the Project): Test automation experience exceeding 2 years. Experience in automating REST/XML/SOAP/JSON API interfaces. Knowledge and experience working in the DevOps methodology (minimum 2 years). Practical knowledge of technologies from our automation environment: Java 11+ Maven 3.x JUnit 5.x Library TestNG 7.x Selenium Grid 4.x / Selenoid Knowledge and ability to integrate with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo, CircleCI, Azure DevOps). Possession of an ISTQB foundation level certificate (obtained from accredited bodies, e.g., SJSI).
