Quality Assurance Assistant (m/w/d)

At the location Sulzberg, a structured quality management ensures that our products meet the high requirements of the food packaging industry – from documentation to evaluation of key figures to practical testing in the laboratory. Exactly at this interface sets the position as Quality Assurance Assistant: You support making quality measurable, developing processes, and securing daily business reliably.

Aufgaben

• You actively support the maintenance and development of our quality management system and ensure a structured and up-to-date QM documentation.
• You manage and update test plans, specifications, and technical data sheets and ensure their availability.
• You work on collecting, analyzing, and preparing quality key figures (e.g. rejects, complaints) and support reporting for department leadership.
• You handle complaints independently, including traceability and 8D reports, and participate in complaint meetings or lead them.
• You organize training sessions, conduct them, and document them according to QM requirements.
• You handle customer inquiries in the quality context and create or maintain related documents.
• You support quality control in the laboratory by conducting tests on raw materials, intermediate and finished products according to test plans, evaluating them, and documenting them carefully.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a vocational training or degree and bring experience in quality management or quality assurance. Ideally, you have gained this experience in a manufacturing company and possess good technical understanding.
• You are willing to get involved in practical testing processes and participate actively in the laboratory as needed.
• You work analytically, structured, and with high precision – even when dealing with multiple parallel topics, you maintain an overview and work calmly and focused.
• You communicate securely and professionally with internal and external partners, work well in a team, and convince through reliable, self-responsible working methods.
• You are confident in handling MS Office and ERP systems.
• You think solution-oriented and have the claim to continuously improve processes.
• You possess very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
