Quality Assurance and Release Manager for Automated Systems

- Technical University or Baccalaureate degree
- Demonstrated track record of project management skills, PM certification is a plus
- Experience with IM (incident management) and document sharing tools
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and server applications, medium level
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and client applications, medium level
- Basic knowledge with database and SQL
- Technical background for automated systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good English language knowledge
- You should be able to work autonomously

- Release management for running projects, starting from functional validation of new software releases, continuing with FAT and regression testing, documenting, and ending with the release to the customer and onsite support if necessary
- Analyze customer request for new functionalities and configurations, acting as consultant for the customer
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions on the market in order to improve current running projects
- Analyze incidents reported from production environments, identifying the source cause and tracking the problem until it closes by delivering a solution to the customer
- Keep test environments up-to-date and up-and-running as support tools for maintaining running project in production at customer
- Keep track of the activities using internal IM and document sharing tools
- Learn specific Automation technology and supporting applications
