Quality Assurance Analyst - Hybrid

You are a meticulous and passionate person about software testing and R&D processes? Then, join the quality assurance team in the R&D department at ISAAC. You will participate in improving quality and maintaining vehicle telematics software products. Your main responsibilities will consist of implementing effective manual and automated testing methods to ensure that products meet established quality standards. You will also analyze different change requests to evaluate their impact on testing methods. In collaboration with development teams, you will implement comprehensive testing methods. Your essential work will contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in defining user stories by providing information, time estimates, and identifying risks.
• Develop a detailed test plan based on user stories and project requirements.
• Evaluate the time required for each test case and identify associated risks.
• Develop, maintain, and execute testing procedures on assigned test cases.
• Ensure validation of improvements and existing functionalities.
• Execute tests rigorously, recording results and identifying anomalies.
• Ensure visibility of test progress throughout the development process.
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify, document, and resolve functionality-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and development standards.
• Show openness, flexibility, and creativity while maintaining ISAAC's standards and having the courage to overcome resistances and obstacles.
