Quality Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and involved person to join our team as a Quality Assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with external suppliers regarding product labeling and other specifications

- Translate, verify, update, and edit product labels according to regulatory requirements and internal procedures

- Manage product labels received by: verifying the Romanian translation of the label, establishing the labeling method, verifying regulatory requirements

- Archive electronic files in a product folder: label, technical file, packaging photos

- Ensure recording and management of non-conformity reports

- Ensure centralized analysis and solution of complaints and incidents

- Ensure evidence and archiving of procedures, instructions, forms

- Provide support for handling non-conformities and developing corrective and preventive action programs

- Follow up on the resolution and finalization of non-conformity reports

- Assist the Quality Manager in their activities regarding quality management in society

Ce we are looking for:

Studies: Higher education (Food Engineering/Quality Management)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience, experience in a similar role presents an advantage

Knowledge and skills:

- Advanced English language skills

- Knowledge of quality management

- Digital skills such as Excel, Word, and Google Drive

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Initiative, seriousness, and dedication
