Overview We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Architect to join our team. As a Quality Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our quality assurance strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing quality processes across the entire software development lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to shape the quality culture of a growing company. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and roadmap. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and clinical) to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle. Identify, analyze, and document software defects and quality issues. Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Participate in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including test plans, test reports, and user guides. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Experience with various testing techniques (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing). Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with healthcare or telehealth platforms is a plus. Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary. Equity. Bonus.
