Quality Animator (M/F)

We are currently looking for a Quality Animator (M/F) for a renowned watchmaking company located on the Geneva square. Activities We are seeking a Quality Animator (M/F) whose main mission will be to animate the quality-related procedures within the sector, as well as actively participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of our components. - Ensure compliance with quality criteria throughout the sector by ensuring liaison with Experts. - Guarantee the application of control methodology and homogeneity of the reference framework. - Ensure communication between the sector and the quality technician by reporting information in case of incident or non-conforming products. - Monitor respect for methods and tools through the realization of post-audit checks. - Participate in validating aesthetic criteria for produced parts. - Realize weekly balances and ensure a transverse role in animating quality meetings. - Maintain the required level for each controller by providing training and necessary support. - Participate in training, coaching, and controlling aesthetic criteria for all sector collaborators. - Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement. Formation - Technician ES diploma in mechanics or microtechnology - Confirmed experience in the quality domain, enriched with certified continuing education(s) Competences professionnelles - Professional practice of at least 3 years in product quality control - Knowledge of aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools - Good visual acuity and knowledge of plan reading - Good computer skills - Good training, coaching, and auditing abilities.
