Quality and Education Manager An exciting opportunity exists for two experienced Quality & Education Managers (QEMs) to join well-established aged care services in North Queensland . Based in the Cairns area , these are permanent full-time roles offering the chance to step into supportive environments with strong, stable leadership teams already in place. Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical leadership experience (aged care or transferable). $125,000-135,000 base salary super. Supportive leadership team and a comprehensive induction program will be provided. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management team to drive quality improvement initiatives and develop education programs for staff.
