Quality and Compliance Manager

The opportunity… This is a key leadership role, responsible for owning and strengthening our quality, food safety and compliance systems. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be expected to lead by example, driving cultural change and ensuring that all aspects of our business are aligned with our values. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective quality and compliance strategies • Leading and managing a team of quality and compliance professionals • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance initiatives • Providing expert advice and guidance on quality and compliance matters • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with non-compliance • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., food science, quality assurance) • At least 5 years of experience in a quality or compliance role • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
