Responsibilities of a Quality Analyst Technician:

Rise to the challenge of identifying errors in production processes, according to work instructions, quality norms, and customer specifications.

Implement measures to eliminate errors and monitor their efficiency.

Analyze error causes and participate in immediate action with customer complaints.

Monitor internal and external quality parameters and intervene in case of deviations or grave errors through immediate measures, analysis of causes, corrective actions, and control of efficiency.

Verify the maintenance of established corrective measures.

Inform all parties involved in error analysis/corection about the measures/responsibilities and deadlines.

Communicate any non-conformities in products and/or manufacturing processes to the AP Team coordinator.
