Description
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve processes and moderate risk analyses (PFMEA/DFMEA);
- Implement customer product/process requirements and ensure they are met;
- Predict and prepare control plans, instructions, and control charts for series products considering DFMEA/PFMEA;
- Improve quality control based on existing data;
- Predict documentation and ensure production start-up in cases of relocation and process/product duplication;
- Initiate corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness, catalog defects.
Profile description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering;
- Basic knowledge of statistics and risk evaluation (FMEA, SPC);
- Operate PC (MsOffice, Power Point), SAP, CAQ;
- Advanced English language skills;
- German language skills are an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of FMEA moderator;
- Basic knowledge of project management;
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
