Quality & Services Manager | Luxury Private Reserve | Okavango Delta Salary: P35,000 – P45,000 (Negotiable DOE) Live-In Position Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Services Manager for a luxury private reserve located in the remote Okavango Delta. This role is suited to an experienced professional comfortable working in very remote, bush-based environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery and maintenance of exceptional service standards across the reserve Ensure quality control measures are implemented and monitored to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Conduct regular site visits to monitor and improve services Maintain accurate records of all services provided and quality control measures implemented Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of services Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role is a live-in position, requiring the successful candidate to reside on-site at the reserve.
