Quality Technician / Measurement Technician in Medical Technology (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who doesn't just look at technical drawings, but really understands them. Someone who doesn't consider measuring instruments as decoration and can handle EMPB/PPAP without needing a coffee to stabilize themselves.

This is about quality assurance and supplier quality with a focus on sampling. So: inspect first samples, evaluate measurement results, assign supplier documents, clarify any anomalies, and ensure that components not only look good but also do what they are supposed to do.

Tasks

• You conduct first sample inspections and evaluate technical test results.
• You inspect EMPB-/PPAP-documents from suppliers.
• You read technical drawings and specifications securely.
• You work with measuring instruments and ideally with 2D/3D measurement systems.
• You coordinate measurement strategies with suppliers and internal departments.
• You support in reclamations, test tool management, and calibration. - If needed, you also jump in at incoming or outgoing goods inspections.

Qualification

• A technical education, preferably metal, electrical, mechatronics, or comparable
• Praxis in quality assurance, measurement technology, incoming goods inspection, or supplier quality
• Safe drawing reading and a good technical eye
• Experience with measuring instruments; systems like Keyence, Hexagon, OGP, or PCDMIS would be a plus
• Very good German, good English, and a clear, solution-oriented approach
• A desire for a meaningful product environment instead of quality work in thin air
