To ensure our strong growth is consistently secured in the quality of our processes, products, and services, we're looking for a Quality Manager (m/w/d) – someone who works structured, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented, and keeps their cool in dynamic situations.

As Quality Manager (m/w/d), you'll develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, analyze processes, identify optimization potential, and ensure that internal workflows are efficient, transparent, and sustainable.

In your role as Quality Manager (m/w/d), you'll work independently, carefully, and solution-oriented and feel at home in a young, digital team that pursues ambitious goals and works with passion for a strong brand.

Aufgaben

• Bau, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung of our quality standards
• Analyse and Optimierung of internal processes and workflows
• Definition, Dokumentation, and Kontrolle of quality standards
• Durchführung of internal audits and quality controls
• Enge Zusammenarbeit with the management team and departments
• Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen and monitoring of implementation

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in the field of quality management, chemistry, cosmetics, or comparable
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Parfüm-, Duft- oder Kosmetikindustrie
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Rohstoffe, Duftkompositionen und Produktionsprozesse im Parfüm-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung von Duftstoffen, Parfümölen und Fertigprodukten
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Lohnherstellern und externen Laboren
• Fähigkeit, Qualitätsabweichungen zu analysieren und nachhaltige Maßnahmen abzuleiten
• Analytische, strukturierte and lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein and Genauigkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit and Teamorientierung
