Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders)
Job description
You meet challenges such as
taking on quality assurance tasks with a focus on components for chemical and electrical drive systems
reviewing the conformity of customer product and quality assurance requirements with internal quality standards
ensuring the correct fulfillment of product and quality assurance requirements in compliance with applicable company processes within the project framework
monitoring and controlling all product and quality assurance activities, including the coordination of all required specialist areas
actively shaping the customer interface in terms of product and quality assurance aspects
creating and providing the required product assurance documentation, creating data packages, and reviewing and attesting product conformity in the project and program environment, taking into account legal and contractual requirements
conducting important milestone meetings (MIPs, KIPs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs, etc.)
consolidating the risk register and supporting the implementation of risk mitigation measures
coordinating and processing disturbances, anomalies, and non-conformances
supporting the creation and management of RFDs and RFWs
coordinating, conducting, and documenting lessons learned within projects, as well as introducing and implementing preventive measures in subsequent projects
carrying out tasks in supplier quality management or procurement quality management, including review meetings, supplier evaluations, and participation in supplier releases
conducting internal job audits at the site
supporting quotation preparation
You impress us with
a completed university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification at Bachelor's level
several years of professional experience in product and quality assurance or a comparable technical environment
sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP, PLM-T/Teamcenter, and common collaboration tools
a successfully completed further training as a technician or master craftsman
knowledge of established problem-solving methods such as 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, or comparable procedures; experience as an auditor is an advantage
fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
