The company develops innovative solutions for thermal insulation and soundproofing to optimize energy efficiency and performance. With years of experience and high-quality standards, our customer company counts among the specialists for customized isolation systems worldwide.



We are looking for you to join us at the earliest possible date in an unlimited employment contract as a quality specialist (m/w/d) on a full-time basis. THIS IS YOUR TASK: You will actively contribute to maintaining and continuously developing the quality management system within the organization.
You will also create, moderate, and maintain QM documentation, process documents (PFD, CP, FMEAs), and quality reports to ensure product quality.
In addition, you will plan and conduct internal and external audits, including thorough preparation and follow-up, and be responsible for conducting supplier audits.
You will also support the preparation and conduct of external certification and customer audits (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and pursue the resulting measures consistently.
Furthermore, you will support international sites in all certification matters and accompany the implementation of corresponding requirements.
You will serve as a competent point of contact for employees on all questions related to the QM system.
In addition, you will plan and implement training measures in the field of quality management.
Last but not least, you will initiate and manage process optimizations to sustainably improve efficiency and quality.
YOU BRING: You hold a successfully completed degree or training with a commercial or technical focus, further education in quality management is advantageous.
You also bring ideal experience of at least three years in the quality field, preferably in the automotive industry.
In addition, you have extensive experience in audits, process optimizations, data analysis, and relevant KPIs.
You have knowledge of automotive supplier standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6, ISO 9001) as well as the Automotive Core Tools (e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
In addition, you are a certified 1st- and 2nd-party auditor according to IATF 16949, a qualification according to VDA 6.3 is desirable.
You also have knowledge of project management as well as the handling of SAP.
You work structured, systematic, and analytically and take on tasks independently.
In addition, you are characterized by good intercultural competence, convincing communication skills, and a sovereign demeanor.
You bring a travel readiness of around 20% with you.
Last but not least, you communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
