Quality Assurance Specialist (Manufacturing) for High-Tech Drones (m/w/d)

We at Argus Interception develop the autonomous intercept drone "A1-Falke" – Made in Germany.
Our technology recognizes, pursues, and automatically captures unauthorized drones.
Authorities, airports, and operators of critical infrastructure use our system to reliably protect sensitive areas.

And we're looking for you as Quality Assurance Specialist (Manufacturing) (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.
Tasks
- You conduct intermediate and final inspections of components, assemblies, and systems.
- You monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards in production.
- You create inspection plans, protocol reports, and quality documentation.
- You analyze and correct internal and external quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- You work on the continuous improvement of quality processes and production workflows (e.g. after 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA).
- You support production and manufacturing of drones.
- You work closely with development, production, procurement, and project management to ensure comprehensive quality assurance – including system integration.
Qualification
- You have a technical education (e.g. Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Engineer, Electronics Technician), a Further Education as a Technician or Quality Specialist or a degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- You have knowledge of quality standards and methods, e.g. product safety guidelines.
- You are experienced in handling test equipment and tools: measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, software tools, and when reading and interpreting inspection plans, tool management, and calibration.
- You bring team skills, communication strength, and a high level of self-initiative and quality awareness.
- You possess analytical thinking, accuracy, solution competence, diligence, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness (especially in complaints or escalations).
- Ideal would be experience in project management and an auditor training.
- You have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
