We are a mid-sized company that has successfully produced complex machined parts for various industries for over 55 years.

Tasks

This is what you can expect from us:

• Forging production control
• Creating test protocols and first sample inspection reports
• Metric measurements of machined parts with CNC coordinate measuring machines & standard measurement tools (e.g. height gauges, measuring calipers, ...)
• Function tests on assemblies (e.g. round-trip testing, tightness testing, insulation testing, ...)
• Internal complaint management according to ISO 9001:2015
• Incoming goods control metrically and optically of incoming parts (e.g. steel parts, surface finishing, raw materials, ...)
• Meter maintenance and care of measuring instruments

Qualifications

You should bring the following qualifications:

• A successful training as a machinist, precision mechanic, or toolmaker, or already experience in the field of CNC turning or milling.
• Ability to work in a team and structured, self-employed, and responsible working style
• Knowledge of handling technical documents
• Safe handling of measuring instruments and equipment
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
