Quality Inspector m/w/d

Our client is an internationally operating company in the field of aircraft engines and gas turbines. You can expect a varied working environment in production and logistics, as well as numerous opportunities for further development.

Your tasks: You will conduct independent inspections on high-complexity engine parts based on inspection plans and technical documents
You are at your best when performing special measurements according to drawing and regulations
You set the right measurement and testing tools in place exactly according to the requirements of the drawing
You precisely evaluate measurement results and document them carefully
You recognize deviations quickly, document them reliably, and forward them to the relevant authorities
You take on administrative tasks, such as closing orders in the CAQ system
You perform digital and optical measurements with approved CNC programs at digital and optical measuring instruments
You use all necessary MTU EDV systems securely for your work
You manually or using a CNC labeling machine mark parts with labels
Special inspections like gear inspection are also part of your diverse task portfolio

Your profile: A completed apprenticeship in a metal trade or comparable qualification
You move confidently and routine-like with standard measurement tools and instruments
You read technical drawings easily and understand the connections
Your good eyesight supports you in precise quality work
You are fit in MS Office and ideally bring basic knowledge of SAP and Guardus
First experience in quality inspection and with KVP methods is a plus
You are ready for deployment in a 2-shift model and enjoy working in a team
